Parkside at City Center will feature 30,000 sf of new retail space to serve the light rail and shopping center community at Alameda and Sable in Aurora, CO.  A Food Hall is being considered for a percentage of the retail space that will bring innovative dining alternative with focus on local business.  The project will break ground this spring with an expected project opening in spring of 2020.
